Yoga and Forest Bathing £28
Enjoy a 4-hour long yoga and forest bathing day retreat at Stanmer Park and Wild Park, one of Brighton's local nature reserves with its beautiful woodlands, wide-open fields and spectacular views over Brighton. This practice is proven to reduce stress and improve memory.

Forest Bathing
Shinrin Yoku means bathing in the forest atmosphere. This Japanese method of observing nature whilst breathing deeply is proven to reduce stress and improve concentration and memory.
