Yoga and Forest Bathing  £28

Enjoy a 4-hour long yoga and forest bathing day retreat at Stanmer Park and Wild Park, one of Brighton's local nature reserves with its beautiful woodlands, wide-open fields and spectacular views over Brighton. This practice is proven to reduce stress and improve memory.

We will meet at 10:00 o clock at Stanmer Park and start the day with a walk through the woodlands. There is the perfect place for a 90-minute yoga class followed by Shinrin-Yoku, forest bathing.

Forest Bathing

Shinrin Yoku means bathing in the forest atmosphere. This Japanese method of observing nature whilst breathing deeply is proven to reduce stress and improve concentration and memory.

Surprisingly, the weather is mostly all right, but we will cancel the class if it's very windy and rainy. You will get a full refund!
